HARRINGTON, Wash. - The small town has come together to help keep their Opera House open and safe. Billie Herron and her husband have been working on keeping the building up and running since the early '90s. Herron gives piano lessons and donates all of the money she makes back to the Opera House. Herron said, "I thought it would be a perfect way to instill arts into the lives of these young people and to start something like this."
This building is very important to her. "We can't lose where we came from. We can't lose that here in Harrington and because of this building, we wont," she said.
