MOSCOW, Idaho -

The Idaho Vandals are a day away from their annual Silver and Gold game and the team has yet to name a starting quarterback. Not that that matters much.

Currently, Taylor Davis and Dominique Blackman continue to split reps in Moscow at spring practice. And while it may seem difficult to build a cohesive chemistry that way – especially noting the quarterbacks' differing style – the offensive linemen don't seem to think it is much of an issue.

"We're going to get up there and snap the ball and block our responsibilities," said lineman Mike Marboe. "It doesn't matter too much for us. It definitely is a little different; you don't have as much chemistry as you do with one guy, but we'll get there. It's working well with two guys, honestly. No one is really having an issue with it… Up front we're just worried about doing out thing."

The Vandals conclude spring practice on Friday with the annual Silver and Gold Scrimmage. The practice gets underway at 6 p.m. Fans can watch it live on SWX-TV and SWXRightNow.com.

Idaho opens its season Aug. 30 inside the Kibbie Dome against Eastern Washington.
