ISLAMABAD (AP) - A Pakistani official says there's little hope of finding survivors from today's plane crash near Islamabad.

The Pakistani passenger jet with 127 people on board crashed as it was landing in bad weather at an airport near the capital. It went down in farmland a few miles away from the airport.

A violent rain and wind storm was lashing parts of the capital around the time of the crash. TV footage showed wreckage of the plane, including parts of what looked like an engine and wing, against the wall of a small building.

Officials say the plane had been on a flight from the country's largest city, Karachi, to Islamabad.
