By the time the night was over, the Bears lost, handing Mead the outright championship. But at least they put on a good show!
Lewis & Clark struck first against CV, as Austin Giem slipped one past Aiden Dowling to go up 1-0.
In the second half, LC keeper Cody Lang came out to stop Robert Kissinger-Smith. But he sneaks by to score the equalizer.
The match went into overtime. Nick Doran ran down the feed from Tony Buckley-Jones. He scores the golden goal, and the Tigers win 2-1.
Central Valley fell to 5-3 in league play. Mead, who beat winless Rogers 8-1 improved to 7-1. Five teams logjammed with 15 points to end the regular season: CV, UHigh, Lewis & Clark, Mt. Spokane and Ferris. All five had identical 5-3 league records.
