AOL.COM - Ground beef has been recalled in the past for a variety of reasons -- largely due to contamination of some sort, such as e. coli. A "chewed up pen" is not typically one of those reasons, but that's just what was found in the ground beef at Raley's Supermarket in Antioch, California.
