For years the Washington State flag has flown in the background on ESPN's College Gameday program. Now, Cougar fans are trying to convince the show to the come to the flag. And it's working!
ESPN is running an online contest to determine the host site for a new College Gameday commercial. It has created a social media firestorm, with WSU in third place. So far, only Texas A&M and Nebraska have received more votes. The Cougars are third, followed by Clemson, West Virginia, Arkansas, NC State, Virginia Tech, Michigan and South Carolina.
Huh. With so much attention on Texas and the SEC, how did Washington State get in that mix? Well… Go Cougs!
