
HUFFINGTONPOST.COM - A Detroit couple allegedly killed in their home Sunday morning may have been murdered over a winning lottery ticket, according to Click On Detroit.
William and Brenda Evans, age 71 and 61, lived on Lennox St. on the city's east side and were reportedly found dead by a family member on Mother's Day morning. According to a police report, the two victims sustained injuries, but the cause of death wasn't immediately apparent.
The couple's daughter, Tierra Evans, told Click On Detroit she believed the murder occurred because her father, who frequently played the lottery, recently had a winning ticket and that others knew of his winnings. click here to read more
