HUFFINGTONPOST.COM - The jubilant atmosphere around the home arena of the Oklahoma City Thunder was shattered by gunfire on Monday night, as was initially reported by News9 and The Oklahoman.

According to The Oklahoman, shots were fired just a few blocks from the Thunder arena on Reno Avenue between Mickey Mantle Drive and Joe Carter Avenue. News9 reports that witnesses indicated that the shots were fired as fans were celebrating and walking to their cars following the Thunders' 106-90 win. click here to read more

Deputies say the SUV was heading south on Blake when it was struck by another car, causing it to flip onto its top in a nearby yard. One person was able to get out of the SUV, but the driver had to be pulled out through the rear lift gate. Injuries appear to be minor. >>
