AOL.COM - A laid-back driver leads police on a high speed chase on "World's Wildest Police Videos." The driver stopped for gas, then got out of his car to smoke. He was clad in a bathrobe as he walked around at a leisurely pace. When cops got out of their cars to chase him he did start running, only to be hit with a Taser.
