Tri-Cities Fever look to step up offense in rematch with Sioux Falls

KENNEWICK, Wash. -- Two weeks ago the Tri-Cities Fever lost to the Sioux Falls Storm, 55-16. It was their first loss of the season and worst offensive output. Saturday the Fever get another shot at the Storm. This time Tri-Cities plans to get more from quarterback Houston Lillard. He is working on getting his agility back to top notch.

"I feel good. I'm actually getting better. I was banged up with a toe injury since we went to New Mexico. It's starting to heal up now and I'm getting more nimble and able to move like earlier in the season. So I'm actually turning it up toward the end of the season," Lillard said.

"We can't make mistakes, have got to protect our quarterback. We've got to understand that's a very good football team. When you make mistakes, they do a very good job of making your mistakes a positive for them," head coach Adam Shackleford added.
