George Brett Uses Twitter to Find Lost Dog

Updated:

George Brett, the hall of famer whose brothers own the Spokane Indians, found out just how powerful Twitter can be. He has the social networking to thank for finding what was once lost.

Brett turned to Twitter when his dog, Charlie went missing last Wednesday.

"Please help: My dog has gone missing. His name is Charlie and he is a black labradoodle. HELP Please. Pic to follow."

The tweet was re-tweeted and shared time and time again until, at last, he was reunited with his furry friend. And then he tweeted this:

"We got him! Thank you for all the support! It is so touching to see how many people care! You all were a big help! Thank you"
