It's a day off for training. This is the start of my work week. Gotta rest those legs, even though I'll be running around with the heavy camera today. I've found it's very important to take a rest day (or several) when you're training a lot. It gives you body some time to recover from all the hard work and keeps you from getting run down. My daughter keeps me very busy when I'm not riding so I need lots of rest! Back at it tomorrow!
