You know those days in the pool when you just feel like a rock? Yep, that was me yesterday! I finished what I needed to though! I did a 200M back to warm up, then did 3 400M freestyle strokes which was super difficult for me! I did the first 100M going fairly slow, then 200M at a moderate speed, and the last 100M fast. It was pretty rough! I finished with 3 50s, all out sprint, which was a blast!!! I love sprinting. I feel so powerful and like I am flying. I timed the last set and went 37, 35 and 34 seconds each, so I got faster as the set went on! CheersJ My boyfriend, who swam for the University of Missouri in college, says that getting faster during the set is called descending. So I guess I was descending that set! I can feel myself getting back into swimming shape! Whoot! I finished with a 150M backstroke warm down. All in all, another good workout!
