BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - A 55-year-old Billings man who was free on bond on his 12th charge of driving under the influence has been arrested on a 13th charge.
The Billings Gazette reports (http://bit.ly/LzI2gJ) William Dean Grussing appeared before Justice of the Peace Pedro Hernandez Thursday. His bond was set at $200,000.
Court records say Grussing had posted a $25,000 bond last June on a 12th DUI charge.
Prosecutors say on Wednesday, Grussing approached a woman at a bar about money she owed him. The woman noticed he was intoxicated.
When he left the bar, the woman called police and reported him as a drunk driver. Court records say she followed him while telling police where he was driving. Officers caught up with him at Sam's Club. He refused a breath test. A warrant was obtained to draw blood.
