Idaho State Police: Man Killed In Motorcycle Crash, Woman Hurt

INKOM, Idaho (AP) - The Idaho State Police says a man was killed and a woman seriously injured in a motorcycle crash in southeastern Idaho.

The ISP says the Chubbuck man lost control of his 2003 Harley Davidson motorcycle on Hoot Owl Road just north of Inkom at about 7:30 p.m. Thursday. The motorcycle went off the road and collided with a fence. The driver died at the scene. His name was being withheld until family members could be notified.

His passenger, 24-year-old Shannon Cozzens of Wyoming, was taken to a Pocatello hospital with severe injuries.

The ISP says they were not wearing a helmet.
