By the time the NBA draft comes around later this month, former Gonzaga center Rob Sacre will have worked out for 11 different teams. He will likely have interviewed with several others.

For now, it appears the native of Vancouver, B.C., could go some time in the second round. He might also go undrafted, but some of his fans in Canada are already calling him the best NBA prospect from British Columbia since Steve Nash.

Sacre told reporter Howard Tsumura that he models his game after Oklahoma's Kendrick Perkins – a defensive specialist who is "able to affect games with a defensive mindset despite not being a high sorer." He also said he has surprised scouts with his ability to step out and his jumpers from the 20-foot range.

The 2012 draft is June 28 at the Prudential Center in New Jersey.
