SPOKANE, Wash. – It's one of the wildest and dirtiest races you will ever run. This Saturday, Spokane will host the 2nd annual Dirty Dash at Riverside State Park. The race starts at 9:00am.
KHQ took some time Friday afternoon to see what goes in to preparing the course.
Course director Jordan Fairbanks tells KHQ that this year's course has more obstacles, as well as more mud, including one surprise obstacle you won't be expecting. This race isn't to see who can get through it the fastest; racers are encouraged to get as dirty as possible.
More than 1,000 people are expected to participate.
