CLE ELUM, Wash. (AP) - Washington highway officials say the westbound lanes of Interstate 90 just east of Cle Elum were closed for about two hours after a tractor-trailer rig rolled, spilled its load and sparked a fire.
The accident happened just before 3 p.m. Monday. Westbound lanes reopened shortly after 5 p.m.
