Leslie Lowe Goes Over The Edge For Special Olympics

SPOKANE, Wash. - KHQ's own Leslie Lowe goes Over The Edge for Special Olympics, rappelling more than 200 feet down the Bank of America Financial Center in Spokane.

Thursday was media day for the Over The Edge Event. In addition to Leslie Lowe, Spokane Shock head coach Andy Olson also took the plunge.

If you want to go Over The Edge, there is still time to register for the public event. According to their website, all you have to do is collect a minimum of $750 or more to secure a rappel time and step Over the Edge.

At last check, just under $44,000 has been raised for Special Olympics so far.
