Mariners Renew Short Season 'A' Contract With Everett AquaSox
The Seattle Mariners extended their contract with the Everett, making the AquaSox the big league team's short season ‘A' affiliate.
The contract will run another two years, extending a partnership that has already lasted 18 seasons in the Northwest League.
Seattle's first round pick, Mike Zunino, will join the AquaSox next weekend, along with eight other picks from the 2012 draft.
