AOL.COM - A North Carolina mother of six is upset about receiving a $7,000 energy bill. The Kemppel family says their energy bill was unusually low for several months prior to the $7,000 charge. Heidi Kemppel claims she contacted the company about the low bills and they told her the charges were correct. Duke Energy has set up a 3-year plan for the family to pay-off the bill, due to a malfunctioning meter.
