KHQ.COM - On Friday an area of low pressure will begin to make it's move on shore bringing the chance for showers and thunder storms through out the weekend.
The areas most likely to see the most activity are the NE Mountains of Washington (Colville, Chewelah, Northport) and the Northern Panhandle of Idaho (Bonners Ferry, Sandpoint, Priest Lake). However, we do have the possibility for some pop-up thunderstorms in Spokane and the surrounding areas. Temperatures will cool a bit....but remain above average in the upper 80's.
Friday: Mainly Sunny...isolated showers and T/storms. 92°/68°
Saturday: Partly to Mostly sunny....scattered showers and thunderstorms. 87°/66°
