Right now a man is recovering at Sacred Heart Medical Center after an early morning rollover northeast of Spokane.  It happened around 4:30 a.m. Thursday on Day Mt. Spokane Road near the Dietz Christmas Tree Farm.

Emergency crews were dispatched when a resident in the 17500 block of Day Mt. Spokane Rd. called 9-1-1 after hearing a vehicle crash into a nearby creek. Jim Dietz called in the crash after 'hearing a loud boom.'

The driver, said to be conscious and alert, was evacuated via Medstar. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening but he was complaining of injuries to both arms.
