Spokane Police: Attempted Robbery At Zip's On North Division

SPOKANE, Wash. - Spokane Police are searching for a man who attempted to rob the Zip's on North Division Tuesday night.

The call came in just before 9:45pm and police immediately set up a perimeter to search for the suspect around the Gonzaga area with a k9 unit but were unable to locate the suspect.

Witnesses describe the suspect as a white male in his early 20's, 5' 3" and bald. He was wearing a white shirt and black shorts and was carrying a black Adidas drawstring bag.

It is unclear if the suspect showed any kind of weapon, or if he got away with any money.

Officers are asking anyone with information on the incident or suspect to call crime check at 456-2233.
