SPOKANE, Wash. - KHQ continues to feature Olympic athletes with ties to the Inland Northwest.
Eric Uptagrafft grew up in Spokane but has since moved on to travel the country as well as defend our freedom.
He will compete on Friday in the men's 50M Rifle Prone which puts the shooter in a position where he's lying on the ground while he fires off 60 shots. He has an hour and fifteen minutes to do it, but it takes great precision and technique.
KHQ Local News reporter Alex Rozier spoke with his coach Wednesday in London.
