AOL.COM - It's not much to look at, but a newly released image beamed back from NASA's Mars rover Curiosity is twice as big in pixel size as the rover's first images.

The black-and-white image, beamed to Earth about two hours after the rover's nail-biter of a landing, shows the rocky Martian surface and the horizon in the distance. click here to read more
