AOL.COM - On "I'm Having Their Baby," 22-year-old Sydney got pregnant after having unprotected sex for the first time just two months after graduating college. Sydney didn't feel ready to raise a kid on her own, so she chose adoption, and is giving her baby to a couple who could not have one on their own: a transgender man and his wife of eight years. "Most people wouldn't consider a trans-parent, um, adoption," adoptive dad Jesse said. "But Sydney? She was so amazing in how she saw it as an asset." click here to watch the video report
