MATT ROGERS: In 1946, Bill Brooks began taking people on flights over Lake Coeur d'Alene. On Thursday morning Bill's son Grant helped KHQ's Matt Rogers in a Spokane television first. With the technology of the Q6 Mobile Backpack, the two took a flight over the lake on live television. Bill owns and operates Brooks Seaplane in Coeur d'Alene, and you can find him right on the dock at Independence Point. Bill took Matt up in a Cessna 206 and the view is amazing!     SPOKANE, Wash. - The Spokane County Sheriff's Office and the Spokane Police Dept. responded to a fatal drive by shooting early Wednesday afternoon in the 7000 block of North Atlantic.
    SPOKANE, Wash. - Law enforcement now has in their possession the vehicle of the man they believe shot and killed Fabian McBride Wednesday in Spokane in the 7000 block of North Atlantic, just outside the Spokane city limits. When detectives located the vehicle the suspect, 19-year-old Issiah Schauman, was not inside so the search for him continues.
