UPDATE: Body Found Along Columbia Believed To Be Missing Man

MATTAWA, Wash. - The body of an adult male found this morning along the Columbia River is believed to be that of a man who disappeared after jumping into the river this past Sunday.

Around 11:00 a.m. today, family of the missing man found a man's body along the west shore of the Columbia River across from Desert Aire. The body was recovered by Grant County Sheriff's Marine Unit Deputies.

The body is now in the custody of the Grant County Coroner, who, as per protocol, will release the name of the man once the identity has been confirmed.

The Grant County Sheriff's Office extends its sincerest condolences to this man's family.

    SPOKANE, Wash. - The Spokane County Sheriff's Office and the Spokane Police Dept. responded to a fatal drive by shooting early Wednesday afternoon in the 7000 block of North Atlantic.
    SPOKANE, Wash. - Law enforcement now has in their possession the vehicle of the man they believe shot and killed Fabian McBride Wednesday in Spokane in the 7000 block of North Atlantic, just outside the Spokane city limits. When detectives located the vehicle the suspect, 19-year-old Issiah Schauman, was not inside so the search for him continues.
