Last Thing Man Saw Before Dying?

AOL.COM - A tragedy in Alaska as a hiker is mauled by a grizzly bear. 49-year-old Richard White was killed and the attack was captured on camera. It is the first reported deadly bear attack in Alaska since Tim Treadwell and his girlfriend were attacked by the grizzlies he was filming, later documented in the film Grizzly Man.

The Alaska Dispatch reports the man was not only mauled but also eaten. Park rangers found clear evidence of the attack on the bear. They then shot and killed it. click here to watch the video report

    ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) - The Alaska Department of Law stood by a judge’s sentence that calls for no jail time for an Anchorage man who authorities say offered a woman a ride and choked her until she was unconscious. Justin Schneider, 34, pleaded guilty to one count of felony assault in the case. A kidnapping charge was dropped as part of the plea deal.
