UPDATE: Car Chase Ends In Medical Lake

UPDATE: The suspect has been identified as 30-year-old Nathaniel Pierce.

PREVIOUS STORY:

MEDICAL LAKE, Wash. - Around 8am Friday morning a Lincoln County Sheriff's deputy tried to stop a vehicle that was speeding through a school zone in Reardan, WA.

The car wouldn't stop and ran a couple other vehicles off the road. Deputies chased the suspect into Spokane county where Spokane police assisted in the pursuit.

Deputies pitted the suspect at Lefever and Ladd in Medical Lake. The suspect's car ended up in a front yard and the suspect was taken into custody.

The suspect, who has not been identified, had a couple of outstanding warrants and now faces attempt to elude and other charges stemming from this mornings incident.
