AOL.COM - Police in Albuquerque received 911 calls that an intoxicated woman
was seen pushing around a stroller with a newborn baby. Police found
the woman, but there was no stroller and no baby. The 34-year-old
mother, Elvira Ann Smith repeatedly denied having a baby.
Lueckenhoff didn't believe her, and frantically searched for the baby.
45 minutes later, Lueckenhoff found the child with a couple at a bus
stop. Smith was arrested and charged with child abuse. The baby is in
