Investigators found one home fully engulfed and another smoldering a few yards away.

Both trailers were vacant.

A fire back in August destroyed two mobile homes was ruled arson.

With the dry conditions, and a neighborhood close by, fire officials say these fires are a serious concern.

**PREVIOUS COVERAGE**

POST FALLS, Idaho - A 4th suspicious fire at a Post Falls mobile home park within 3 weeks have neighbors claiming arson.

The El Rancho mobile home park on the corner of highway 41 and Mullan closed permanently in July due to deteriorating conditions over the years. Many people effected by the shutdown left their homes behind either gutted or in unlivable conditions. However at least 5 people still live in the park and are currently on their way out.

Fire investigators were called to a trailer fire at the park Tuesday afternoon. When they arrived on scene they found one trailer fully engulfed and another just a few yards away smoldering. Both homes were vacant at the time. Investigators told  KHQ's Dylan Wohlenhaus that the fires look "pretty suspicious."

Witnesses to the fire who still live in the park tell KHQ that they called 911 when they saw the flames but saw no one around the mobile homes at the time of the fire. Fire investigators also found a down power line at the scene and don't yet know if it was caused by the fire. Since most of the mobile home park is vacant there was no power running through the line.

On August 18th two mobile homes burned in the mobile home park shortly after its closure. Investigators ruled those fires to be arson but have never determined who may have been responsible. Investigators don't yet know if the fire on the 18th and the most recent fires are related but aw knowledge the park has "problems."

Tuesday's fires left one mobile home destroyed and two others badly damaged.
