NYDAILYNEWS.COM - Walmart has issued an apology for kicking out and then calling the police on a group of schoolchildren who were given approval to sing "God Bless America" at a south Florida store in honor of 9/11 victims.

Walmart on Wednesday admitted it did not honor its agreement with the students and said the incident "should have been handled differently," the Sun Sentinel reported.

About 75 elementary-age children were booted out of the Pembroke Pines store Tuesday by the manager on duty who claimed to be unaware the students had been given permission to hold their tribute concert inside. click here to read more
