Mead Moves Up to No. 1 in SWX Pick 6 Power Rankings

Mead took over the No. 1 spot on the SWX Pick Six Power Rankings on Monday.

The Panthers ran all over Lewis & Clark last week, beating the Tigers 41-7.

Coeur d'Alene lost its first game of the season Saturday, falling 71-20 to Skyline (Wash.) at the Kibbie Dome at the University of Idaho.

Gonzaga Prep moved from No. 5 to No. 3 after beating Ferris 39-13. East Valley is No. 4 despite losing their star running back, who quit the team last week because of a conflict with work. Waitsburg-Prescott was No. 5 and Colfax was No. 6.
