UPDATE: ID Released In Deadly Motorcycle Crash Near Colfax On Hwy. 272

UPDATE: The 81 year-old motorcyclist killed in a crash on Highway 272 has been identified as Bernard Biddle of Richland. The roadway is clear at this time, all crews have left the scene.

UPDATE: The motorcyclist that was killed was an 81-year old man. The crash happened around 10:30 and he was pronounced dead at 11:15.

Crews will be reconstructing scene for next few hours so expect some delays. No other vehicles were involved.

Early reports indicate the man was going too fast and lost control on a curve. His identity has not been released.

UPDATE: The motorcyclist has died. At this hour the identity has not been released. As soon as we get a press release from the Washington State Patrol we'll post it.

BREAKING: Right now emergency crews are on the scene of a motorcycle crash on Hwy. 272 just 3 miles east of Colfax, Medstar has been launched.
