Spokane Valley Firefighters Train For Extrication Crashes

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. - Over the course of the next two weeks, crews from the Spokane Valley Fire Department will be practicing extrication techniques at Spalding's Wrecking Yard.

If you happen to be driving by, please don't call 911, this is just training.

Extrication is a very technically difficult rescue for emergency crews to perform.

It is also something that requires a lot of practice and training.

They will be using cars donated by Spaldings.
