SPOKANE, Wash. -
This morning there is a very weak cold front passing over us...but it's not bringing much in the way of moisture. Maybe just a few light showers, if anything, to the northern interior.

As it passes winds will kick up briefly in the northern mountains and valleys but that's about it. After that cold front passes, high pressure will start to build back into the region...setting up another dry period through the weekend.

Expect mostly sunny skies with highs mostly in the mid 70s for today...and warming up each day until Friday.

Today: Mostly sunny, patchy smoke. S wind 6-8mph. High: 75°

Tomorrow: Mostly sunny. Calm winds. High: 76°

SPOKANE, Wash. - A Spokane mother is heartbroken because what a thief took from her family was so much more than just a piece of mail. One of her sons serving in the military, stays connected with his little brother through video games, so he sent him one as a gift. However, the little brother never got it because the thief took it right off their front porch.
