
HUFFINGTONPOST.COM - Apple CEO Tim Cook has issued an official apology for the company's half-baked Maps app.
Cook wrote that the mobile mapping product "fell short" of the quality he said the company is committed to delivering.
"We are extremely sorry for the frustration this has caused our
customers and we are doing everything we can to make Maps better," Cook
wrote in a letter to users, posted by Apple on Friday morning. click here to read more
