MYFOX8.COM: A Florida woman said she is in pain after she said a spa visit left her face covered in scars.

Isabel Gonzalez has spent a month and a half in the hospital undergoing five operations — all after a visit to Viviana's Body Secrets Spa in Doral, Fla. in June.

"I told my mother, please take care of my children," Gonzalez said. "I don't think I am going to live."

Scars cover her face and she said she received vitamin injections for a more youthful look.
