Week 6 was an interesting for high school football in the Inland Northwest.

Central Valley beat University - again - in the annual Greasy Pig game. The Bears won 47-14. East Valley lost its first game of the season, as Cheney upset the Knights 34-28. Cusick continued to score at a rapid pace, dropping 70 on Republic Friday night. And Reardan finally got a win over Colfax, beating the Bulldogs 19-14 on a chilly night in Reardan.
