PULLMAN, Wash. -

After a less than exceptional start to the season, the Washington State Cougars coaching staff says the team still has the ability to turn this season around.

The Cougars currently stand at a 2-4 record overall, including a 0-3 start to conference play. While the start is not what head coach Mike Leach had in mind for his team, he believes his team can turn it around and start winning. Now he just needs his players to believe it too.

Leach says he is tired of the body language he sees on the field and the team needs to avoid the extreme lows and highs during games. Leach has seen enough attitude on the field and just needs his players to believe they are as good as he knows they can be.
