SPOKANE, Wash. -

You would be hard pressed to find any sort of mud around the Inland Northwest right now. It hasn't rained since who-knows-how-long-ago. But that didn't stop group of fun-seekers consisting of 50 trucks and some 500 spectators.

They gathered over the weekend for the 5th annual Bogs for Dogs mud race. Five separate classes of trucks and jeeps with big engines and bigger tires raced side by side to raise money for animals in need.
