Shred Day At Ironwood And 95

Posted: Updated:

Coeur D'Alene, Idaho -  It's shred day at Ironwood and 95.   A day where we helped you shred hundreds of thousands of pounds of documents.  Many people have brought in boxes sitting around their house for literally decades.

But it's not all paper that they come up with.

For every thousand pieces of paper that's shredded in the bags and boxes you bring in,  there are items that cannot be shredded.

Wednesday at the Coeur D'Alene location we found a softball, blankets and lanyards to name a few.  People who run these shred trucks say they've even seen people bring in computers before.

Some things that can't be shredded are given back, or things like the softball will likely be going to an incinerator along with the other un-shreddables.
