UPDATE: Blaine Border Crossing Operations Return To Normal

BLAINE, Wash. (AP) - Operations have returned to normal at the Peace Arch border crossing at Blaine, following Tuesday's shooting.
    
The Canada Border Services Agency reopened the southbound lanes Wednesday afternoon and the northbound lanes at 8 a.m. Thursday.
    
Spokeswoman Faith St. John also says Officer Lori Bowcock's condition is improving as she recovers from a neck wound.
    
Investigators are trying to determine why a 32-year-old tattoo artist from Seattle shot her in her booth. Andrew Michael Crews then turned the gun on himself and died at the scene.

    BREAKING NEWS - The Medical Examiner's Office has revised the death toll in the Moore, Oklahoma tornado from 91 people to at least 24 people.
    UPDATE: Originally the death toll was reported to be 91 people and counting, however, the Medical examiner's office revised the death toll from the Oklahoma tornado to at least 24 people. A spokeswoman said Tuesday morning that she believes some victims were counted twice in the early chaos of the storm.
