SPOKANE, Wash. - It's the 48th annual Mount Spokane Ski Swap this weekend at the Spokane Fair and Expo Center.
The Ski Swap has everything for kids and adults, from snowboards and skis to safety gear and winter outer wear. Organizers expect nearly 7-thousand people buying and selling more than 24-thousand items. 70% of all items will be provided by over 20 retail shops throughout the Inland Northwest.
Mount Spokane Ski Patrol organizes the event and a portion of the profits help support the patrol facility with medical/first aid supplies, rescue equipment and training for the 100 percent volunteer nonprofit organization.
The annual Ski Swap started this Friday and is followed by two more exciting days of winter deals. Doors open this Saturday at 9am to 5pm and Sunday from 9am - Noon.
