UPDATE:

Former Ferris High star and current Montana Grizzly Trevor Poole reportedly had ‘molly' pills in his pocket when police arrested him Saturday night at a party in Missoula.

According to court documents first obtained by KECI-TV in Montana, officers with the Missoula Drug Task Force "watched Poole engage in a ‘hand-to-hand' transaction of a plastic baggie" at a Halloween party. The documents also indicate Poole admitted to purchasing the pills.

‘Molly' is a street name for MDMA, a drug similar to Ecstacy.

Poole appeared in court Monday afternoon and answered a series of questions from the judge. He was released on his own and given permission to visit his family in Spokane, but he must refrain from using or being around drugs and alcohol.

Three More Players Suspended for One Game

One day after indefinitely suspending Poole from the team, coach Mick Delaney said three others, including one player from Spokane, would be suspended for this weekend's game against Weber State.

Delaney said Kjelby Oiland, also a product of Ferris High School, would not make the trip to Ogden. Neither would teammates Nick Holt and John Kanongata. Delaney refused to say why the three were suspended, but noted the reason did not involve law enforcement.

Poole was indefinitely suspended from the team after he was booked into jail around 4 a.m. Saturday, according to KECI-TV.

Montana offensive tackle Trevor Poole was arrested on a felony drug charge over the weekend.

The university's student-athlete code of conduct calls for the sophomore from Spokane, Wash., to be suspended indefinitely and if convicted of a felony, to be dismissed from the team.

Missoula County jail records show Poole was booked into jail early Sunday on suspicion of criminal possession of dangerous drugs. His bail is listed at $50,000 and he is scheduled to make an initial appearance in Justice Court on Monday afternoon.

Montana athletic director Kent Haslam told the Missoulian that Poole was arrested at a large party several hours after Montana's 70-24 win over Idaho State.
