Spokane Valley Intersection Re-Opened After Teen Was Hit

UPDATE: The intersection is has been re-opened. A 13-year-old was taken to the hospital after being hit by a truck that was traveling southbound on Disman-Mica. The teen was wearing a dark costume. This is under investigation.

UPDATE - Tweet from Mark Gregory, SCSO: Spokane Valley Deputies out with auto/bike collision. Unknown extent of injuries please avoid the area.

The homeowner says he's given the Spokane County Sheriff's office video of the incident that happened on his property in the Millwood area of Spokane off North Argonne. The two were seen driving in a four-door Subaru Impreza.

Neighbors said it’s not worth putting their children’s safety at risk after two teens threw rocks at the kids on Monday. “They didn’t even think twice they just did it,” said one witness. Michelle Garcia lives in the area on East Hoffman near North Town Mall.
