Spokane Singer Tries For America's Got Talent

Posted: Updated:

SPOKANE, Wash. - Jennifer Kremple, a local singer and lead vocalist for Big Mumba Blues Band will have a chance to earn a national spot to NBC's "America's Got Talent."

As Spokane's local star, Jennifer has won a number of awards as Best Female Blues Vocalist but is now turning up to a bigger stage.

Jennifer says, "I want big music, big lights.  I want to see the world and take better care of my children."  She'll be heading out to Seattle at the end of the month to try out for the show.

Making it onto America's Got Talent is Jennifer's immediate goal,  but it's the exposure from the show she is wanting more.  "If you're good enough somebody's going to snatch you up."

Jennifer hopes this opportunity could get her to the big leagues as she puts it.  To make her self known and to have the success to better care for her family.  She'll be singing "At Last" by Etta James and hopes her rendition will have enough soul and emotion to get her on the show.
