Former WA Senate Leader Brown To Head WSU Spokane

SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) - Former Washington state Senate Majority Leader Lisa Brown will begin a new job in January as chancellor at Washington State University Spokane.
    
Brown did not run for re-election this year.
    
WSU President Elson Floyd said Thursday that Brown is well-positioned to "take the program to the next level."
